~ Where-: Laidley Showgrounds, 2 MacGregor Street, Laidley.

~ How much-: $50 per person. 
                          Camping .... $25 per night (paid direct to caretaker upon arrival)

~ Friday.... Ride followed by a free welcome BBQ that night.

~ Saturday.... Ride, breakfast, morning tea, & dinner that night, with raffles.

~ Sunday..... Morning ride.
