Membership Application

Before submitting an application for membership to the HMCCQ, please read the following information carefully.

There are three types of membership available to new applicants:

  • Ordinary membership – for an individual,
  • Family membership for two people, or
  • Family membership for three people.

Please note; those within a Family membership must reside at the same address and only one monthly magazine will be mailed per Family membership. 

Information Confidentiality

The Club maintains a Register of Members in accordance with our Constitution. The Club does not distribute any Member information to any person or body outside of the Club.
A Club Official may use your information for the purpose of mailing your magazine, applying for Special Interest Vehicle Scheme registration or in relation to other Club activities.

You may chose to keep  your information (name, email address, phone number) confidential from all other Club members.  NOTE – choosing to restrict your information means your Area Committee WON’T be notified of your membership and therefore will not be able to notify you about Area events and other local and Club related activities. Choosing NOT to restrict your information will allow you to be informed about, and to participate fully in, all Club activities.

Membership Fees

There is a one time joining fee of $20. The Club year is from the 1 January to 31 December, and annual subscriptions are currently:

 ⇒  $48 for Ordinary members,
 ⇒  $66 for a Family of two, or
 ⇒  $84 for a Family of three.

New members pay pro-rata as listed in the following tables – just select the Total for the month you are applying in.

Fee Payment

The preferred payment method is by Electronic Bank Transfer to the Club’s Heritage Bank account, as follows:

When making payments, New membership applicants MUST quote their Name as the transaction Reference.

Application Process

If you are considering joining Historical Motor Cycle Club of QLD (HMCCQ) it’s recommended you do the following:

  • Attend your next Area monthly meeting, details here, and inquire with the Area committee for an application Proposer and Seconder.
  • Deposit the relevant Fees, as listed in the table above, to the Club’s account.
  • Complete and submit the Application Form below.
